We care about your privacy. Below we explain what data we collect on bumperball-krakow.com, for what purpose, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Sylwester Brzuchacz Ambient-Works, os. Avia 5 lok. 37, 31-450 Kraków, Poland, NIP (tax ID): 7922050487, REGON: 364865933 (hereinafter: “we”). For matters relating to personal data, you can contact us by email: kontakt@bumperball-krakow.pl or by phone: +48 509 196 229.

2. What data we process and why

  • Booking form and contact form – name and surname, email address, phone number and the information you provide in your message (e.g. occasion, date, number of participants). We process it to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract).
  • Billing – data needed to issue an invoice (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation).
  • Analytics and marketing – data collected through cookies and similar technologies, only after you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Establishing, pursuing and defending claims – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing your data in the form is voluntary, but necessary for us to answer your enquiry.

3. How long we keep data

  • data from enquiries that did not result in a contract – up to 12 months from the last contact;
  • data related to providing the service and invoices – for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year);
  • cookie data – for the lifetime of the given cookie (see section 6) or until you withdraw your consent.

4. Who we share data with

Your data may be passed on to entities that help us run our business: our hosting provider (dhosting.pl), email provider and accounting office. As regards cookies – once you have given consent – the recipients of the data are Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel). Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We divide them into categories:

  • Necessary (always active) – they keep the website and forms working and remember your cookie choice (the bb_consent cookie, valid for 12 months).
  • Analytics (with consent) – Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how you use the website, e.g. which pages are visited most often (the _ga and _ga_* cookies, valid for up to 2 years).
  • Marketing (with consent) – Google Ads and Meta Pixel let us measure the effectiveness of ads and show relevant ads (including the _gcl_au and _fbp cookies, valid for up to 3 months).

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give your consent, Google tools work in a limited mode: they do not store analytics or advertising cookies and may only send anonymous signals without identifiers. Meta Pixel only loads after you consent to marketing cookies.

We embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

How to change your consent? Click Cookie settings at any time (you’ll also find the link in the website footer). You can also delete cookies or block them in your browser settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, e.g. when the law or the tools we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
